Information collected by us
When carrying out our legal services we collect the following personal information that you provide to us which can include matters such as :-
- Your full name address and telephone number and email
- Documents required to verify your identity
- Documentation on the matter we have been instructed on
- Source of funds on the transaction we have been instructed on
- Personal bank details required to pay monies to you from an estate
- Details of your financial circumstances when making a will
Information collected from other sources
- We collect the majority of information from you however it maybe necessary to obtain information from third parties such as the land registry, companies house, customer due diligence providers, ID verification agencies, doctors, bank or building socities
How we use your personal information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To perform the services to you
- Preventing and defecting fraud against you
- Conducting ID verification checks to verify your identity
- Ensuring our policies are adhered to
- Protecting ours and yours security
- External audits and quality checks eg. AML, ICO

This personal information such as :-

must be provided by you to us, to enable us to progress your case to which we are instructed. When we collect information from you, we will inform you whether you are required to provide this information to us.
Who will we share your personal information with?
We have relationships with a number of third parties that we routinely share for example verifying your identity companies.
We will share personal information with law enforcement agencies if required by applicable law.
We will not share your personal information with any other third parties without your consent.
Where will we store your personal data and how long for?
We will not keep your personal data for longer than we need it for the legal services to which we are instructed. Further details are available upon request.

We are relying on your explicit consent to utilise the information collected by us. You provided this consent when instructing us.
You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, but this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing activity we have carried out prior to you withdrawing your consent.
