Why make a will ?
Sadly, over 70% of the population don’t leave a will.
If you don’t make a will, this can cause problems after someone has died, with your assets passing via the intestacy rules rather than your actual wishes.
Making a will provides certainty and ensures that your wishes are followed, by enabling you to appoint an Executor to administer your estate, appoint beneficiaries, while at the same time ensure any specialist needs are addressed carefully, for example the appointment of Guardians if you have Children under 18.
